Privacy policy
Claim Clock NDIS, for iPhone and iPad. Last updated 23 October 2026.
In short
No account, no analytics, no tracking. The app collects no data: nothing you type or photograph is sent to the developer or anyone else.
What stays on your device
- The supports you add: what each was, the provider, the amount, the dates, whether you've claimed it, and any notes.
- Receipt photos you add. The app copies each photo into its own folder and removes its location and other details first.
- Your settings, such as who makes the claims.
These are stored in the app's own folder on your device, protected by iOS data protection. They are included in your own iCloud or computer backups if you back up your device. Deleting a support deletes its receipt photo. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
What leaves your device
- Nothing to the developer. The app has no server and no account, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
- Exports you choose to make. If you share the claim-history PDF or export your records, they go only where you send or save them.
- Purchases. The yearly subscription is handled by Apple through the App Store. The app only asks Apple whether the subscription is active. Apple's privacy policy covers payment.
Permissions
- Camera: used only when you tap Take a photo, to photograph a receipt.
- Photos: the system photo picker shows only the photos you pick.
- Notifications: reminders are scheduled on your device. The app asks once the subscription is active.
Children
The app doesn't knowingly collect anything from anyone, including children, because it collects nothing.
